Other Services

The Single Point of Contact Office (SPOC) within Professional Studies offers professional students, campus academic units, and other organizations a vital link to services and resources at the University of Maryland. SPOC serves as an on-campus concierge for our clients, a "one-stop-shop" that quickly addresses all types of concerns for both credit and non-credit programs.

SPOC Fees

• Credit programs: $40 per student, per semester
• Non-credit programs: $20 per student
• CEU Certificates: $15.50 per certificate

Credit and Non-Credit Programs

SPOC serves students, campus academic units, and other organizations by offering an extensive list of enrollment management services including the facilitation of the application, admission, registration, and payment processes.
